You don't need to be an expert at everything

SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS TIPS BEING AN EXPERT The most common thing I see in women when the start a business or a blog is that they feel the need to be an expert in every area, before they can get the ball rolling. They need to know exactly how to publish a website, understand the ins and outs of Facebook, how to integrate an email provider and know everything there is to know about running a business.

I've been there too, but when I realized I wasn't gaining the momentum that I knew I was capable of, I knew it was because I was being paralyzed by feeling I needed to know how to do everything and not just do it, do it perfectly.

If you've read Think & Grow Rich, you might remember chapter 5 when Henry Ford explains that the key to being successful is not being an expert in every single area, but it's to know exactly who to go to for that expertise.

This was a major lightbulb moment for me and totally changed the way I run my business. Instead of wasting weeks trying to figure out how to do something, I know it's well worth it to reach out to someone who is so good at it they can do it with their eyes closed in a matter of hours.

Virtual Assistant - Webinars, email integration, landing pages, social media posting

Facebook Ads Expert - They'll run and test your Facebook ads for you so you don't have to figure out how in the world to target the right people

Branding & Social Media Strategist - You don't have to learn the ins and outs of every platform to know where you need to be visible and how. They'll walk you through the strategy that will put you in front of the right people ps...this is what I do!

Graphic Designer - Have them create 4 or 5 templates that you can use so all you have to do is update the text before you post
