How will this self-study change the way I look at my closet?
So here's the thing. The first few thoughts that you have in the morning have a tremendous impact on the rest of your day. That means that even thoughts that you don't realize you have like, "ugh I have nothing in my closet" are getting in the way of space for more positive thoughts. 28 Days to Detox + Revamp Your Wardrobe takes these negative thoughts out of your morning so that you can start your day in the best way.
How does the self-study work?
The self-study works on your schedule and on your time. Each day there will be a given task, exercise, worksheet, or reflection question for you to work on. The course is broken into 4 weeks that build on each other throughout the course.
Week 1: The Basics - This is the detoxing part. You'll start to understand what your frustrations are with your closet and clothes. Once you identify these frustrations, you will work on how you are going to eliminate them from your life. Week 2: Try Something New - This week is all about stepping outside of your comfort zone. You're going to really surprise yourself throughout this week (in a good way!) Week 3: Define Your Style - Defining your personal style will give you a newfound sense of confidence in your clothes. You'll be able to define your signature style and how that reflects the best version of yourself. Week 4: Curate Your Capsule Collection - You'll learn how to put together your capsule collection and how this will allow you to shop efficiently and for pieces that you truly need. You'll no longer be victim of the impulse buy having shirts hanging in your closet that still have the tags on them.
How is this different from the one-on-one program?
28 Days to Detox + Revamp Your Wardrobe is a great foundation to my 90-day one-on-one program. During the self-study course you are working individually through each day and you receive access to me via the Facebook group. The 90 Days to the Authentic You program includes weekly 1 hour touch bases with me in addition to a customized program to make sure that you are accomplishing your specific goals and desires throughout the 90 days.
